We may have positions at any of our four locations. We have two plants in Cincinnati, Ohio, as well as facilities in Norcross, GA and Hendersonville, Tenn. At KDM, we've hired an outside company, Dream Pro Consultants, to help our employees fulfill their dreams. These individuals meet confidentially with employees who request this service to help them identify and then fulfill their dreams. They have partnered with banking and mortgage companies, financial planners, real estate companies, and many others, to assist employees in their quest for their personal goals. Sending a child to college, owning a first home, finishing a degree, eliminating debt – KDM's employees have used the program to do the things they never thought would be possible.
